Cait has been in the event industry since 2011 with a advertising and public relations degree from Grand Valley State University. GVSU is where she discovered her passion for the hospitality and tourism industry which lead to her role at Craig’s Cruisers Family Fun Centers in 2015. Cait has helped thousands of guests execute and enjoy their events. Cait is also a dog person, creative crafter, bookworm, and baking enthusiast.

Heather has been in the event industry since 2020. Through the years she has worked everything from 500 person Private Corporate Parties, After Prom Lock-in's, School & Youth Events, to small and amazing Birthday celebrations. Heather prides herself on creating a smooth booking and planning process and has an incredible passion for providing guests with wonderful experiences that will last a lifetime. Heather loves working with her team at Craig’s Cruisers Family Fun Centers and looks forward to assisting you ‘where the fun never ends’. While away from work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new places!
